Thoughts About the Village
This village will be self-sustainable with rainwater collection, green energy, and agriculture.
It will have spaces for education, Ecstatic Dance, yoga, art, meditation, and workshops, as well as AI and makerspaces, co-working, lectures and education.
The village will have a fund that will invest in and assist entrepreneurs to start new startups, ventures, or SMBs that will service the village and be economically sustainable.

I'm looking mainly for fellow likeminded investors or off-plan homebuyers, and I'm open to hearing from anyone who thinks they can contribute now or in the future.
